在Mac環境下輕鬆更新HX5V的星曆資料

Sony HX5V 內建GPS，不過由於GPS定位速度很慢之故，Sony在附贈的軟體PMB中加了一個功能，可以抓取最新星曆資料，直接放到相機記憶卡中，以便讓相機快速定位。可是，Sony並沒有出Mac版的PMB，怎麼辦呢？幸好有強者寫出可在Mac下直接抓取最新星曆，寫入記憶卡的程式，這樣Mac一族的HX5V也能快速定位完成了。

這個軟體叫做gpsassist-update，抓回來解壓縮並安裝好即可。先在你的HX5V記憶卡上建立 /Private/Sony 資料夾，然後執行gpsassist-update。它會在背景常駐，當偵測到記憶卡插入時，就會自動到Sony的網站上抓取最新版的的星曆資料，寫入到 /Private/Sony 資料夾中。這樣 HX5V 就不用在開機時辛苦自己從衛星接收星曆資料，可以快速定位完成。
